Rivers Sr. is treating Rivers Jr. like he did with Rajon.

Quote:

Once that trade was off the table, Allen wrote that he was shocked to find the Celtics move in the opposite direction — instead of trading Rondo, Rivers decided to build the offense around him, as if rewarding his bad behavior.

It certainly looks like Rivers Sr. is building the offense around Rivers Jr.

Yeah... sadly as long as Doc is the Head Coach the whole "Austin Rivers situation" will haunt us like a cancer. I guess all we can do is hope Austin gets better...

Marko Jaric was more fun to watch than Rivers Sr.

Its better to continue to complain until enough people start an uprising and force Ballmer to fire Doc and get rid of Austin

LOL Balmer is never, ever, EVER going to hear anything posted on this message board. If your goal is communicate some message to Balmer, this is probably one of the worst possible methods to do that. Why don't you go tweet them, or email them, or mail them, or call them, or Facebook them, or comment on a news article they might read, or any of a dozen more methods far more likely to achieve that goal than continuing to be a whiny little bitch on this board?

it looks like next year Austin has a player option to leave the team. I hope he exercises it and leaves. However, I doubt he will go on his own accord. I honestly hope that Jerry West will trade Austin during the offseason and fire Doc.

does Sr. be the company man and tell Jr to opt out, as the entire front office must want this to happen, or does he be Dad and tell him to stay knowing full well Austin won't be in demand on the open market?

What a cluster from the very beginning.

He's a father first, so he's going to look out for his son's best interest. I would find it odd that West would trade Blake so willingly but be against trading Austin, who is a less talented player. Something is going to happen this off-season with him
