Much anticipated Chris Kaman vs. DeAndre Jordan duel.  Clippers need this win badly.  Paul is coming home so he is going to want to win this game.  Hornets have been sinking like a rock at home against some bad teams.  I hope we win this in a blowout and Kaman puts up good numbers without affecting the outcome of the game.

i dont get why the fans are booing paul. after what he did for them. what a shame. i know one thing we will have a better record w kaman as our center than dj but still take dj long term though.

I came in late.  What did Samuel Jackson do for the player intros?

OK the first quarter is out of the way and a 6 point lead.

Now the game starts for Clips since the first hasn't meant anything in a long time. They can start but cutting NOH's shooting percentage down from 70% to something a little more terrestrial.

Nice sky by KMart for the dunk.  Soooo much better than watching him shoot 20-footers.

Second unit is all about energy and hustle.

Tonight it looks like they have it, if they don't VDN needs an alternate group to go to.

Do you think our defense can stop a high school team?

If my FO failed to put a good team around Chris Paul since his rookie year, and chopped up the only decent team he had..  Then 5 years later Chris Paul cried his way to a trade to go to another team, I'd probably boo him too.

Up by 4 at the half.  We got em right where we want em.

NOH shooting down to 62.5%.  No way will Kaman shoot well in the 2nd half.

We got 12 OR's in the 1st half. Best in a long time. Now let's put a few of them back in the hole. Apparently that is incredible difficult.

This is kind of sad..  But the Hornets have been a tough team for the last 20 games or so, and the emotions are very high in the building..  This is a big game for them.

Who needs a great coach, we only need a coach on the sideline who looks great, and makes Sterling and staff  look classy...!   Can the fans complain if Clippers make the playoffs..?   Embarassed

thirty plus free throw attempts to the hornets, only four made field goals in the fourth quarter. by monday we can be in the eight seed. wow. no playoffs in sight. im serious this was another pathetic performance.

          You should be sorry...!   A good Clippers fan should be " Greatly upset",,  and not just " Looks" but it's clearly the truth, that teams are putting  " bounties " on Griffin..! Every game he bleeds from hits in the face...!  Opposition are focusing on cheap shots to the face and taking out Griffin..!     {#emotions_dlg.omg_smile}

teams aren't putting bounty's on griffin.. give me a freakin break..  he's an obnoxious player that gets under peoples skin, and when youre running your absolute hardest to try to keep up with him, you do something dumb when you try to foul him to keep him from dunking..

Because Foye is "fearless".

Unfortunately, he doesn't have shotmaking talent.

Of course.  Making the playoffs != getting to the conference finals.

I like how you put "bounties" in quotes.

Honestly though.. this is harder to watch than those teams..  I always knew the players we had were garbage..  They were always injured, or in slumps, or "up and coming".  But there was never a chance in hell we were winning a title..

Last years team we got toasted because Baron came to camp out of shape, Kaman missed 60 games with an ankle sprain, and Gordon broke his wrist..  But I like last years team more than this years team..  Because they tried..  Griffin was all over the place hustling for balls, just so excited to finally  being on the court..

This team has so many good players..  They have the ability to be so much better than they are right now, and they look like they don't even care..  This is infinitely more frustrating than any of the other Clippers teams.

I liked the wins from this year's team more than last year's.  But last year wasn't as frustrating, agree.
