Don't like to see CP3 limping around the court today.  He's got two TO's and the team has four so far in Q1 and Clips are 0/3 in freethrows.  Kinda mixed start, some great Blake scoring, some shakey, tied 20-20

High scoring first quarter...

72 fg% for both teams!

Unusual to see Bledsoe want to take the last shot of the first quarter as opposed to Crawford.

Was the thread, created before this one, about this game not good enough?  I don't think it matters, just curious what happened there...

I replied to this one because it had more responses.  (Glanton responded to his own thread).

I'm sure Glanton didn't see your thread as both were posted at the exact minute.

Bled gets another turnover then another fould on back to back plays.  Then a terrible pass to Turiaf's knees that turned into a jump ball.

He needs to sit down. He's hemoraging us.

Both teams seem to be playing well.  Warriors out side shooting is hurting us.  Hopefully it will fall off  with better defense.  Great spectator game .. should be on TV. Cool

Looks like projected All Star coach has our team playing all star matador defense.

Thanks for giving them a 10-0 run, Bledsoe.  You freekin' suck balls.

I like Bledsoe but he's not a starter in this league. His play is way too off/on makes too many to's

We need to change our defensive scheme.  Man defense and play tight on the perimeter guys.  The only guys with any sort of dribble penetration are Jack and Lee.

Today he's not a starter in L.A. Valley College.

Looks like we will need our " come back " team today.  I feel confident in saying   Clippers have a target on their backs, and getting most every teams best game. The price for success.   Smile

I would say the Warriors are bringing the  " A+ "  offense, and Clippers are going to need their  " A " game defense to win this game...!  We can do it...!Smile

Chris Paul invokes the Kevin Durant rule.

Mike Smith correctly notes the call.

Or, maybe Rhy1244 has been thinking of a way to stick it to Mistwell for over a year, and today he executed his brilliant plan!

Shouldn't you name the college where the Clippers used to have their training facility?

So L.A. Southwest College.

You could say the same about the Warriors this year.

Although Reggie Miller had the leg kick, didn't he also do this rule too?  Or Jordan too.  (Michael, not DeAndre nor Jared).

        Carl Landry saying " if you want  to sell tickets Griffin is the best PF; but if you want to win games then David Lee is the best PF "..!  Best think Landry could say to motivate Griffin...  Need to send Landry a " thank you note ".    {#emotions_dlg.lightbulb}

A lot of people palmed the ball before Allen Iverson, but because Iverson had that advantage, he was the one that got the palming rule instituted, thus Allen Iverson rule = Palming rule.

Just like the Shaq rule is the under 2 minutes fouling off the ball.

Or the Charles Barkley rule is the 5 seconds back to the basket.

Kevin Durant rule is that sweep through shooting to draw a foul.

Yeah, I thought Reggie Miller or Michael Jordan used that advantage just as much as Durant did.  Do you think so?

Warriors have made some bad perimeter jumpers, coupled with a play setup by a Curry drive.

Griffin's physicality was starting to make a difference, but then he also shot a pull up airball.

Blake gets blocked then shoots an airball three, then gets taunted by the fans.  GSW goes up by 7.  Wake up, Blake!

Crawford plays so well off the ball.

He is great in the iso too, but all our other players are bad when he plays iso.  When he plays off the ball, all our players just look better.

Not as much because you could play manier defense back then (hand checking).

Mike Smith again notes that we aren't attacking the Zone correctly.

Vdn doesn't care enough to call a time out.

...but if we lose this game, it is on foul shooting.
